The Domain Transfer Process
All domain names are registered with a domain registrar. Some of the largest domain registrars include GoDaddy.com, NetworkSolutions.com, 1and1.com, eNom.com, Joker.com, and Register.com. Domain registrars charge an annual registration fee of about $10. (USD)
All domain names held by Brandings are registered at GoDaddy.com where we have prepaid domain registration fees up to three years in advance. If you transfer the domain to a GoDaddy account, GoDaddy will honor the remaining time on the existing registration.
For GoDaddy domain name transfers, we will just need your GoDaddy UserName or Customer# and the e-mail address linked to your GoDaddy account. The entire transfer is usually completed within a few hours.

If you plan to use any other registrar, we will provide you with an authorization code confirming our consent for the domain transfer. The transfer process consists of several back-and-forth communications between the old registrar and the new registrar confirming the agreement of all parties. Depending on the registrar, the transfer is usually completed in 1-5 days.
Whether you will be transferring the domain to a GoDaddy account or to another registrar, your Project Manager will be monitoring every step. We are here to make the process hassle-free.
Logo Artwork Transfer
Concurrent with the domain transfer, we will instruct our design team to prepare the logo artwork for transfer to you.
A preliminary initial design concept for each brand is displayed in the Brandings on-line catalog. If the displayed logo design doesn’t quite work for your company application, you can “mix-and-match” design elements to create a custom-tailored logo. Our design team will change the typefont, colors and image – at no additional cost. You’ll have a logo redesigned to match your company-specific personality.
Our design team will furnish artwork to you in the most popular formats used for web, print and vector applications. In preparing the artwork for transfer, our design team will refine, sharpen, and modify the logo (as required) to optimize the overall appearance of the design.
You will receive logo artwork in the following formats: .gif, .pdf, .ai, .eps, .svg, .png & .jpeg. If you require a unique or special format, just let us know. We can prepare artwork in any file format you need.
